A character both cheerful and shadowy, who loves music and theater more than his own life. An enthusiastic person overall, constantly searching for new challenges, even the toughest ones. He is one of the two ELFA co-founders.

Giorgianni Antonino born in Rome on August 3, 1971.
In the ‘90s, after getting a commercial school-leaving certificate, he attends the D.A.M.S. (Department of Music and Performing Arts) at “Roma Tre” University and then, in 1998, takes part in the Erasmus project, studying and working in Amsterdam, where he develops a strong hate for bureaucracy.
The above-mentioned wants to remark that, after years spent as a phonic and lighting technician, he embarked himself in the ELFA project when stricken by a Lambrusco-induced delirium of omnipotence.

Jokes aside, I started this adventure because, considering the difficult working conditions most young bands have to deal with, I thought a small, passion-driven company was much needed, one that could acknoledge and promote the artists and their qualities, following them throughout their career.

This idea, strongly wanted, fascineted my other two partners and won them over, and without them nothing of this would have been possible.

A character known for her contagious energy from which millions ideas are born. She can be compared to an F5 Tornado, and considers Elfa as her own creature, because it’s a project born from her strength and perseverance.

Molon Francesca: born in Latina on April 10, 1978.
Gradueted at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, she likes to dedicate herself to various hobbies.
Her studies have got nothing to do with the music business.

I’ve always loved music and always dreamt of working in the music businness, not as a star on the stage, but as a pleased spectator of a well-done work behind the scenes.

I’ve also always loved that fantastic thing called “camera”, and since I was 16 I realized that it was like a natural extension of my arm. Once I got my own camera, I turned myself to video shooting like I’m still doing.

I began this adventure partly because of my hidden dream of taking part in the music scene, and partly because I love new challenges and I think this time I have chosen a really tough one.

I strongly believe in this project, so much so that I gave life to it even without knowing if I was going to make it.

It’s not easy to keep the team in good spirit when everything appears impossible and the dream is out of reach. All you have to do is to imagine your world without that dream, and there you will find the strenght to make it.

The cultural association “ELFA Promotions”, supporter of independent musicians from Italy and elsewhere, was set up as a youthful and dynamic organisation in the fields of management & production.

The association manages and promotes independent artists and groups from various genres - rock, pop rock, progressive rock, folk rock, blues, jazz, funk, ambient, chillout - providing them with various services.

The idea came to light in 2006 following a fortuitous meeting between three people with original and quite diverse attitudes.

The year 2007 was to be a year of continual research. The objective? To create a network of contacts that would pave the way to the setting up of a solid structure of services within the music industry.

What was needed to get the ball rolling? Spirit of sacrifice and teamwork, and the participation of a number of unpaid collaborators whose invaluable contribution has helped the ELFA project to grow day by day.
